Rently is available to residents in the UAE with a valid working visa or invitation to work. Applications are reviewed individually and are subject to approval.

It’s okay to estimate slightly higher. If approved, any amount below this estimate will also be eligible.

Upload documents for approval

Upload the required documents so we can review and approve your application.

You’ll need to provide proof of income, your Emirates ID, and a credit report (from AECB) so we can assess your eligibility.

Submit documents for contract

Once approved, submit the required documents to prepare the tenancy contract and payment setup.

This may include a draft tenancy agreement or Ejari, the landlord’s bank details, the agent’s contact number if applicable, and the landlord’s payment schedule.

First payment & landlord payout
