Does my landlord receive their full rent payment?

Yes. Your landlord receives the full annual rent amount upfront from Rently, paid according to the cheque arrangement specified in your tenancy agreement. Rently does not reduce the amount paid to your landlord. From your landlord's perspective, they receive exactly what they would expect under a standard annual lease, giving them the certainty they prefer while you benefit from paying monthly.
