Upload documents for approval

Upload the required documents so we can review and approve your application.

You’ll need to provide proof of income, your Emirates ID, and a credit report (from AECB) so we can assess your eligibility.

Submit documents for contract

Once approved, submit the required documents to prepare the tenancy contract and payment setup.

This may include a draft tenancy agreement or Ejari, the landlord’s bank details, the agent’s contact number if applicable, and the landlord’s payment schedule.

How does Rently replace post dated cheques in Dubai?
In the UAE, landlords typically require one to six post dated cheques covering the full annual rent upfront. With Rently, you no longer need to prepare those cheques out of your own funds. Rently pays your landlord the full annual rent directly, using the number of cheques your landlord requires. You then pay Rently back in monthly payments via your credit or debit card, making the process far more manageable for your monthly cashflow.
Does my landlord still receive their cheques upfront?
Yes. Your landlord receives the full annual rent upfront through Rently, exactly as they would under a standard lease agreement. Rently issues one to six cheques as agreed in the lease terms, so your landlord experiences no change to their expected payment structure. This means tenants can access the flexibility of monthly payments without asking landlords to accept non-standard terms or compromise on their upfront payment preference.
How much does the Rently service fee cost?
Rently charges a service fee that is added to your monthly payments. The fee is personalized based on factors such as your financial profile and your landlord's preferred payment method. There is no single flat rate, but you can use the calculator on the Rently website to see your estimated monthly cost, including the service fee, before you commit to anything. The full amount is shown transparently upfront.
Can Rently also help with my security deposit?
Yes, as an optional addition to the core service, Rently can pay your security deposit directly to your landlord at the start of your tenancy. The deposit cost is then spread across your monthly payments alongside the rent. At the end of your lease, your landlord returns the full security deposit to you directly, as per standard lease terms. This option can be selected during the application process.
Is Rently available for any property in Dubai?
Rently works with any residential rental property in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, regardless of which real estate agent, platform, or individual landlord is involved. You are not limited to a specific property portal or partner network.
