Who Can Apply for Rently in Dubai

Rently is open to residents with a valid UAE work visa and a regular source of income, subject to application review.

Valid emirates ID and residency visa
Salaried employee or self-employed with verifiable income
Good credit standing and no major defaults or active bankruptcy

Estimate your monthly rent

Upload documents for approval

Upload the required documents so we can review and approve your application.

You’ll need to provide proof of income, your Emirates ID, and a credit report (from AECB) so we can assess your eligibility.

Submit documents for contract

Once approved, submit the required documents to prepare the tenancy contract and payment setup.

This may include a draft tenancy agreement or Ejari, the landlord’s bank details, the agent’s contact number if applicable, and the landlord’s payment schedule.

How does Rently help me avoid paying 4 rent cheques upfront?

Instead of handing your landlord 4 post-dated cheques covering a large portion of your annual rent, Rently pays your landlord the full annual rent upfront on your behalf. You then repay Rently in 12 monthly payments that include a transparent service fee. Your landlord receives the certainty of full payment, and you get the flexibility of a monthly schedule without producing large cheques yourself.

Does my landlord still receive the full rent amount?

Yes. Rently pays your landlord the complete annual rent upfront, in the number of cheques agreed in your lease, whether that is 1, 2, 3, 4, or more. Your landlord receives exactly what was agreed in the tenancy contract. The service fee is paid by you separately as part of your monthly payments to Rently and is not deducted from what the landlord receives.

How much does the Rently service fee cost?

The service fee is personalized based on your application details and is not a flat rate. You can use the calculator on the Rently website to get a transparent estimate of your monthly payment, including the service fee, before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges — you see the full monthly amount upfront so you can make an informed decision.

Can Rently also cover my security deposit?

Yes, this is an optional feature within the Rently application. If you choose to have Rently cover your security deposit, the deposit amount is paid directly to your landlord alongside the rent. The cost is then spread across your monthly payments. At the end of your tenancy, your landlord returns the full security deposit amount to you directly, subject to the terms of your lease.

Is Rently available for any property in Dubai?

Rently works with any residential property available for rent in Dubai, regardless of which real estate agency, platform, or individual landlord is involved. You are not restricted to a specific property listing site or developer. If you have not yet found an apartment, you can also apply for pre-approval so you are ready to move forward as soon as you find the right home.
