Rently is available to residents with a valid UAE working visa or an invitation to work in the UAE, subject to review of your provided details.

Submit documents for contract

Once approved, submit the required documents to prepare the tenancy contract and payment setup.

This may include a draft tenancy agreement or Ejari, the landlord’s bank details, the agent’s contact number if applicable, and the landlord’s payment schedule.

Does Rently cover the security deposit in Abu Dhabi?

Yes, covering the security deposit is an optional add-on within the Rently application. If you choose this option, Rently pays the full security deposit to your landlord upfront alongside the annual rent. The deposit cost is then spread across your monthly payments. At the end of your lease, your landlord returns the full deposit amount directly to you, as they would under any standard tenancy agreement.

How much does the Rently service fee cost?

Rently does not charge a flat fee for everyone. Your service fee is personalised based on factors such as your credit history, monthly financial obligations, and your landlord's preferred payment method. You can use the calculator on the Rently website to see an estimated monthly payment for your specific rent amount before you commit to anything. There are no hidden charges added beyond what is shown in your personalised quote.

Does my landlord need to accept or change anything?

No changes are required from your landlord. Rently pays them the full annual rent in the exact cheque format they have requested, whether that is one, two, three, four, or six cheques. From the landlord's perspective, the transaction is identical to a standard annual rent payment. This means there is no need to renegotiate lease terms or ask your landlord to accept a different payment arrangement.
