Rently is open to residents with a valid UAE working visa and a steady source of income, subject to review of your provided details.

Salaried employee or self-employed with verifiable income
Good credit standing and no major defaults or active bankruptcy

Estimate your monthly rent

Upload documents for approval

Upload the required documents so we can review and approve your application.

You’ll need to provide proof of income, your Emirates ID, and a credit report (from AECB) so we can assess your eligibility.

Submit documents for contract

Once approved, submit the required documents to prepare the tenancy contract and payment setup.

This may include a draft tenancy agreement or Ejari, the landlord’s bank details, the agent’s contact number if applicable, and the landlord’s payment schedule.

How does Rently help me pay rent upfront?

Rently pays your landlord the full annual rent upfront, whether that is via one cheque or up to six cheques as agreed in your lease. You then repay Rently over 12 monthly payments that include a small service fee. This means your landlord receives the certainty of full upfront payment while you avoid the financial strain of producing a large lump sum all at once.

Will my landlord still receive the full rent amount?

Yes. Rently pays your landlord the complete annual rent directly, in the cheque format specified in your tenancy agreement. The landlord receives exactly what they expect, with no deductions. The service fee is added to your monthly repayment to Rently and does not affect what your landlord receives.

How is the service fee calculated?

The service fee is personalized and depends on factors such as your income, financial profile, and your landlord's preferred payment method. There is no single flat rate. You can use the calculator on the Rently website to get a transparent estimate of your monthly payment, including the service fee, before you commit to anything.

Can Rently also help with my security deposit?

Yes, as an optional add-on. During your application, you can choose to have Rently cover your security deposit as well. The deposit amount is then spread across your monthly payments alongside your rent. At the end of your tenancy, the full security deposit is returned to you directly by your landlord, as per your lease agreement.

Is Rently available for any property in the UAE?

Rently currently operates in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and works with any residential property, regardless of which agent, platform, or landlord you are renting from. You are not restricted to a specific marketplace or listing platform. This means you can find the home that suits you and then bring Rently in to handle the upfront rent payment on your behalf.
