Upload documents for approval

You’ll need to provide proof of income, your Emirates ID, and a credit report (from AECB) so we can assess your eligibility.

Submit documents for contract

Once approved, submit the required documents to prepare the tenancy contract and payment setup.

This may include a draft tenancy agreement or Ejari, the landlord’s bank details, the agent’s contact number if applicable, and the landlord’s payment schedule.

How does Rently make rent flexible in the UAE?
In the UAE, landlords typically require annual rent paid upfront via one or more post-dated cheques. Rently steps in and pays your landlord the full annual rent on your behalf, covering up to six cheques as required by your lease. You then repay Rently in 12 monthly payments, which include a transparent service fee shown to you before you sign anything. This way, your landlord receives the certainty of upfront payment while you benefit from manageable monthly costs.
Does my landlord need to agree to use Rently?
Rently works with any residential property, any landlord, and any real estate agent across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Your landlord receives the full annual rent upfront, exactly as they expect, via their preferred number of cheques. From their perspective, nothing changes. You simply use Rently to convert that large upfront obligation into monthly payments that fit your cash flow, without requiring your landlord to adjust their preferred payment terms.
How much does the Rently service fee cost?
The service fee is personalised based on your individual application details, including your income profile and the payment structure of your lease. Rather than publishing a flat rate, Rently provides a transparent cost estimate through the calculator on the application page before you commit. You will see your estimated monthly payment, including the service fee, so you can make an informed decision with full visibility of the total cost.
Can Rently also cover my security deposit?
Yes, covering the security deposit is an optional add-on you can select during the application process. If you choose this option, Rently pays the full security deposit to your landlord upfront alongside the annual rent. The deposit cost is then spread across your monthly payments. At the end of your tenancy, your landlord returns the full deposit directly to you, in line with the terms of your lease agreement.
Can I get approved before I find an apartment?
Yes, Rently offers a pre-approval option for tenants who are still searching for a property. Getting pre-approved means you will know your eligibility and budget before you begin viewing homes, allowing you to move quickly once you find the right place.
